This Eighth Supplemental Brief copies to you the three principal documents of the MASA application:
The remaining application documents (Lobbying, etc.) do not seem relevant to your decision and are available from EPA – Michael Russ and David Cowgil. If necessary, I can supply them at your request.
The other documentary resources which are copied to you are:
The videos relative to the history and current status of the Asian carp invasion is well illustrated by the documentary video made by Jerry Rasmussen which should be viewed to get the full sense of the current disaster visited upon the native fish of the Mississippi River Basin National Waters and the potential disaster awaiting the Great Lakes watershed.
