Product Specifications

Description:
1. Bamboo (Giant)strips, KD, milled into strips 0.50" thick (or thicker) by 13/16th wide (or wider to one inch) by 39 feet (or longer to fit inside a standard 40' cargo container). Foreign sourced bamboo will need to have been dipped in hydrogen peroxide prior to loading into cargo container. Quanitites will be enough to fill one standard, Intermodal forty foot cargo container, not to exceed a gross weight as specified by the container manufacturer.

2. Bamboo plywood, 1.25" thick by 4' x 8' sheets, sharp edge. Construction: five ply using 0.25" thick strips by 13/16th (or wider)strip, with three coursed laid edge along the 8' (top, middle and bottom) and two cross strips, laid at right angles between the above courses. Glue is a two part, epoxy, water proof glue. Weldwood Resorcinol qualifies.

3. Bamboo plywood, 0.75" thick by 4' x 8', sharp edges, three courses, two along the 8' and one between at right angles. Each course is 0.25". Invite bidders to spec different number of courses and thickness greater than 0.75". All foreign plywood strips will have been kiln dried and then dipped in hydrogen peroxide (then dried) prior to fabrication.

Delivery will be by ship/barge to our shipyard at dockside in Caruthersville, Missouri, USA, including the container.
